Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000commensurate with experience, plus additional earning potential through a performance-based bonus program.

This remote role partners closely with operational and corporate leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, comfortable with active sourcing, and skilled at building candidate pipelines and driving hiring outcomes.
