Recruiter

Location: Remote from Latin America

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7hs per day - Flexible schedule in Local Time)

Compensation: Commission-Based (Earning potential based on placement success)

This isn't a role for someone who waits for instructions. We need a proactive professional who builds genuine relationships with candidates, and adapts as our company’s needs evolve.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling candidates
