OPTIMAL Unlimited is seeking a Virtual Property Manager to own and organize a portfolio of properties for U.S.-based clients from a 100% remote setup. You will build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, and manage property data across client software platforms.

You will coordinate lease renewals, oversee vendors, and handle move-ins/move-outs while supporting social media content efforts and process improvements.
