Job Description

Pearl is seeking a Database Engineer to design clean PostgreSQL schemas, write efficient SQL, and enable reporting and AI features. This fully remote role supports LATAM and the Philippines, aligning with global teams.

You will extend the Postgres schema across recruiting and operations, build views and derived tables, and optimize queries with indexing and partitioning. A schema audit and measurable p95 gains are expected within months.
