Job Description

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to coordinate medication refills, adjudicate claims, and support patient access from a remote setting. The role requires an active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license, 1–3 years exp in adjudicating claims, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

You will coordinate data entry, manage inquiries about prescription drug plans, and collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians.
