Remote P&C Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agents located in South Carolina

The ideal candidate will have four (4) or more years of personal lines customer service or a similar account manager position with exposure to high net wealth accounts and specialty carriers.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this position will be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including, but not limited to, coverage and exposure analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, renewal presentations, preparation of quotes/proposals, and binding coverage.

· Provides professional, accurate, and timely assistance while building relationships with carriers and the client to ultimately ensure client satisfaction and increased NPS rating.
