Remote Payroll & Bookkeeping Lead (Part-Time)

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced finance and HR professional to lead operations for a charitable organization. This part-time remote role requires individuals to be within 45 minutes of Sherborne for training and onboarding.

Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and HR inquiries. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 pro rata with additional benefits including 25 days holiday and auto-enrolment pension contributions.
