Role Overview

Ustaff360 is providing a dedicated full-time Legal Assistant to support the client's U.S.-based Personal Injury Claims Department. This role is designed for a professional with hands-on experience working within the United States legal system, responsible for managing day-to-day personal injury claims administration in a regulated U.S. legal environment.

The Legal Assistant will work within the client's secure systems and follow defined U.S. legal procedures to support attorneys, case managers, and insurance adjusters throughout the full lifecycle of personal injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Administration & Case Management

• Perform accurate data entry for U.S. personal injury claims into the firm's case management software

• Review, analyze, and interpret U.S. legal and medical records, including demand letters, treatment notes, and billing
