Hire Hangar is hiring a Paid Media Manager – Performance Marketing for a fast-growing US wellness brand. This full-time remote role requires strong data skills, a structured experimentation approach, and autonomy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.

You will own campaigns, optimize CAC/ROAS, design tests, align with data teams, and ensure compliance while collaborating with a distributed team. LATAM or Europe time zones preferred; US time zones referenced.
