Responsibilities
- Monitoring of the work of the robot using remote monitoring tools, and direct control of the robot in manual mode in certain cases.
- Prompt response to problems that may arise during the robot's movement along the route and during the execution of orders.
- Timely setup of robots to their production queues in accordance with the work schedule of the location.
- Notation of all interventions done in accordance with an internal policy set by the client.
- Monitoring of the technical condition of the robot with the help of available internal monitoring tools.
- Communication with other remote operators and location support operators in text and voice messengers whenever needed, as well as reporting of emerging problems encountered during the shift.
- Make sure that updates about processes are applied when rolled out.
