Job Description

ScaleSource is seeking an Office and Operations Coordinator to reclaim leadership time by turning chaos into repeatable execution. You will own calendars, tracking, documentation, and follow-through across calendars, project boards, SOP libraries, and reporting tools to ensure meetings happen, decisions turn into actions, and processes are documented.

This is a fully remote role supporting U.S.-based founders and operators.
