Role Responsibilities

• Provide remote operational support for client network environments across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
• Support and improve managed services platforms and internal tooling
• Administer and integrate MSP systems including RMM, ticketing, monitoring, and backup platforms
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with our leadership team on workflow improvement, automation, and platform uplift
• Represent Full Spectrum Networks when interacting with internal stakeholders and clients
