Remote Millwork Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Millwork Estimator
 to support accurate pricing and evaluation of cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork projects. This role is responsible for reviewing architectural drawings and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor services, and coordinating with external suppliers to obtain accurate pricing. The Millwork Estimator will maintain current knowledge of industry standards, material costs, and labor rates, while identifying assumptions, exclusions, and potential risks within estimates. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in millwork estimating, proficiency with CAD and estimating software, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a clear focus on estimating responsibilities without project management involvement.
