Winning Assistants is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant — Nutrition & Wellness to support patient communication, scheduling, EMR onboarding, and insurance follow-up. This remote, part-time role requires healthcare admin experience, strong phone skills, and HIPAA awareness.

You’ll work 2:00 PM–6:00 PM ET, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, with Wednesday/Sunday off, and earn $5–$6 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, Calyx Health EMR
