Ascend is seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to lead luxury service operations on a remote-first basis. You will oversee shift-level client service, ticketing, trip fulfillment, and process management, coaching Team Leads to uphold five-star standards.

You will own end-to-end client journeys, manage VIP cases, and drive process improvements monthly. A strong data-driven mindset and calm leadership under pressure are essential.
