SOLVO S.A.S is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to the offer stage. This remote position requires 13+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and track progress using ATS. The role offers a salary of $2,800,000 COP plus a connectivity allowance, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
