Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for LatAm in a fully remote contract role. You will investigate reported issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with engineering to resolve customer-impacting problems while ensuring a smooth user experience across the LatAm region.
The role requires experience with modern web apps, familiarity with AI systems, and the ability to translate complex model outputs into actionable guidance for customers. Remote work with West Coast overlap is expected.
