XTIUM is seeking a Runbook Specialist to define standards and develop runbooks for operational workflows. You will collaborate with NOC, SOC, Engineering, and Service Delivery Managers to capture knowledge and ensure accuracy.

You will manage a centralized knowledge base, implement version control, and maintain current documentation as products and services evolve. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.
