CommandLink is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work remotely and drive customer onboarding and integrations for our ITSM platform. You will guide enterprise customers through successful adoption and provide troubleshooting and configuration support.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of ITSM products such as ServiceNow and Jira, proven customer success experience, and effective communication skills.
