Job Description

Thrive in the Philippines is seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver first-line remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems.

You will create and track support tickets, coordinate with engineers, and clearly communicate issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. On-site visits may be required.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years IT support experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, Kaseya, Ninja, and Microsoft 365.
