Remote IT Support Analyst (Level III)

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (Level III). You will work in the Spain Hub Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents.
- Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams.
- Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment.
- Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and documentation.
- Lead incident response during critical outages.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Experience, Technical & Soft Skills
- Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration.
- Strong Windows, macOS, and enterprise platform knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
