SEEKING : Remote IT Support Analyst (Level III)
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (Level III)You will work in the Spain Hub Support.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- • Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents.
- • Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams.
- • Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
- ► Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues.
- ► Perform root cause analysis and documentation.
- ► Lead incident response during critical outages.
- ► Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.
EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS :
- ● Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration.
