SEEKING : Remote IT Support Analyst (Level III)

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (Level III)You will work in the Spain Hub Support.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • • Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents.
  • • Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams.
  • • Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

  • ► Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues.
  • ► Perform root cause analysis and documentation.
  • ► Lead incident response during critical outages.
  • ► Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.

EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS :

  • ● Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration.
