SEEKING :  Remote IT Support Analyst  (Level III)

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst  (Level III)  You will work in the Spain Hub Support.

The candidate will be responsible for:


• Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents.


• Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams.


• Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

► Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues.

► Perform root cause analysis and documentation.

► Lead incident response during critical outages.

► Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.

► Mentor junior analysts.

EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS :

● Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration.
