A U.S.-based Managed Service Provider is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to act as the operational link between clients, engineers, and the leadership team. The coordinator will ensure tickets are triaged correctly, manage engineer schedules, and provide timely updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an MSP environment, outstanding English communication skills, and familiarity with ticket management systems. This remote position offers a salary range of $1,200 - $1,500 and includes benefits such as 13th Month Pay and HMO.
