TalentPop is seeking an Inside Sales & Support Representative to blend outstanding customer service with consultative selling. You will assist customers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, identify sales opportunities, and help drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high satisfaction.

This remote role requires at least 1 year in customer support or sales-support, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM or e-commerce tools like Shopify.
