Pursue a dynamic part-time Human Resources Manager position supporting two manufacturing sites. This fully remote role entails employee relations, recruitment, and operational partnership.
As an experienced HR Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging management and workforce needs across two locations. Your expertise in employee relations, high-volume recruitment, and HR operations in multi-shift settings will guide strategic workforce planning. You will collaborate closely with leadership to facilitate effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary HR partner for leadership
• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage HR data and payroll updates via ADP Workforce Now
• Track workforce metrics including turnover and absenteeism
