We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Operations & HR Administrator to support daily operations, HR coordination, and system administration in a fully virtual setting. This role is essential to maintaining organized workflows, accurate CRM data, and seamless coordination across remote teams.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in operations or CRM administration, is comfortable supporting distributed teams, and excels at documentation, follow-through, and remote communication.
Key Responsibilities HR & Operations Support (Remote)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding for virtual staff
- Maintain and update digital employee records and HR documentation
- Track PTO and attendance using online tools and shared systems
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors (administrative coordination only)
- Ensure HR-related processes are documented and followed remotely
