Take on a pivotal HR Business Partner role focused on agriculture while working remotely in southern Saskatchewan. Manage recruitment, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning across agricultural locations.

As a leader in this role, you'll advise over 80 managers and employees, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting crucial on-site employee training, cultivating strong relationships, and enforcing biosecurity protocols. Travel is required quarterly to support site operations comprehensively.
