Join Dexterra Group as a Guest Services Agent, operating from a world-class lodge facility. Deliver outstanding client experiences and assist in various administrative duties, all in a remote setting.
In this role, you will manage the essential check-in and check-out responsibilities while providing welcoming service to guests. Your background in hospitality and customer care will enable you to act as an ambassador for our facility. Additionally, you will support the Lodge Manager with documentation and database accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide introductory information to incoming guests
• Manage guest queries via email and phone
• Allocate rooms and handle key issuance
• Oversee the logistical aspects of guest arrivals and departures
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
