KeyNest GuestCare is hiring a GuestCare Specialist to support guests across stays from a fully remote setup. You’ll act as an extension of our customers' teams, handling inquiries, check-ins, check-outs and urgent situations with empathy and ownership.
You’ll work with property managers and suppliers to resolve issues while upholding service standards. The role emphasizes critical thinking, calmness under pressure and strong communication.
