The role coordinates the Limitless program, supports youth and volunteer innovation, and provides training and advisory services to National Societies to strengthen leadership development and strategic foresight.

The position requires managing partnerships with universities, donors and IFRC teams, delivering high-quality inputs, and promoting innovation across the network.
