About the project:

We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.
