CXM is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives through Introducing Brokers (IBs). This fully remote role requires candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a client base that generates significant deposits and for organizing events to enhance relationships with IBs. In-depth knowledge of the forex industry is essential.
