RM Staffing is seeking a DCT Recruitment Specialist to source and screen Data Center Technicians across the APAC region. This role demands deep knowledge of datacenter operations and the ability to conduct technical interviews to ensure a skilled technician pool.

You will maintain relationships with staffing agencies, track performance, and manage a regional DCT database. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in recruiting, with a strong understanding of structured cabling and server management.
