Job Description

AGCO is seeking a field service professional to manage the service area and resolve technical issues across Center and North Argentina. You will bridge factory and dealers, delivering practical solutions to customers and distributors in the field.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics, strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics, and the ability to lead workshops while coaching field teams and dealers. Regular field visits are expected.
