A leading performance marketing company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Data Platform & Analytics to lead data infrastructure and business intelligence. You will oversee the entire data lifecycle, manage the Data Engineering and Analytics teams, and drive Databricks platform strategy in a fully remote capacity from Canada or the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in data fields, strong communication skills, and deep expertise in Databricks and data pipeline development.
