Arrow Electronics in Finland is seeking an EMEA RedHat ISV/CCSP Business Development Manager to drive ecosystem-led growth with ISVs and CCSPs. You will shape co‑creation, co‑selling, and consumption-based models across AI, hybrid cloud, and subscription software, collaborating with sales, product, and partner teams.

You will build scalable partner motions, recruit and onboard strategic ISVs, define joint value propositions, and enable marketplaces.
