Remote Email Marketing Coordinator — Growth & Data

TalentPop is seeking an Email Marketing Assistant to support campaign setup, asset organization, reporting, and community engagement in a fully remote role. You’ll work with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and other tools to coordinate campaigns, maintain lists, and ensure data quality.

You will collaborate with account managers, track performance, and help with related admin tasks. A minimum of 1 year in email marketing or digital coordination is expected, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.
