TalentPop App is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat to join our fully remote, non-voice team. You will handle written inquiries, upsell premium features, and contribute to retention and revenue growth through effective communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, strong written English, and experience with CRM and helpdesk tools. This role offers a base salary, commissions, and a fully work-from-home setup.
