TalentPop App is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat for a fully remote, non-voice role focused on delivering world-class written support while identifying revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and retention. You will handle email and live chat inquiries, resolve product and order concerns, and drive customer retention.

The role requires excellent written English, experience with CRM/helpdesk tools, and a KPI-driven mindset.
