TalentPop App is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist to assist customers throughout the online shopping journey, recover abandoned carts, and help customers discover products they’ll love. This fully remote role supports South Africa-based customers with a focus on engagement and conversions.

You will upsell, cross-sell, and support post-purchase experiences while collaborating with teams to sharpen e-commerce strategies.
