TalentPop App is hiring a remote E‑Commerce Sales Support Specialist to help customers complete purchases, recover abandoned carts, and discover products they’ll love. You’ll engage via chat, email, phone, and SMS, driving upsells and cross-sells while maintaining a premium brand experience.

With at least 1 year of remote sales and customer support, you’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, using Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk to manage inquiries and orders.
