Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated E-commerce Associate to work remotely and support the day-to-day operations and growth of our online business.
This role is hands-on and fast-moving. You will work closely with the founder on a daily basis, assisting with content creation, product listings, optimization, customer communication, and sales follow-up. You will be expected to think, execute, and improve processes, not just follow instructions.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a business and take ownership of outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across online platforms (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, images).
- Monitor listings for accuracy, performance, and compliance.
- Assist with order management, tracking, and issue resolution.
