We're Hiring: Remote Operations Assistant (Task-Based | Flexible Hours | Deadline-Driven)
FanExchange is looking for a reliable Remote Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day digital operations.
What you'll do:
Maintain and organize digital inventory in our internal system
Deliver/share digital items to customer accounts via mobile apps/platforms
Coordinate transfers to buyers and confirm successful delivery
Keep clean records, screenshots/logs, and status updates
What we need:
High attention to detail + strong ownership
Ability to meet critical deadlines (time-sensitive work)
Clear communication (WhatsApp/Email)
Comfortable following SOPs/checklists and working independently
Prior VA / operations / e-commerce ops experience is a plus
Work setup: Remote, task-based — work on your own time, but deadlines are strict.
