TalentPop App is seeking a Digital Sales & Support Representative to join our remote team. You’ll help customers throughout the shopping experience while actively contributing to sales goals and retention efforts.

In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, email and SMS; recommend products, support orders, and reflect brands’ voice across interactions. A client-first mindset and proactive problem solving are essential.
