Job Description

Allied Worldwide is looking for a Level 2 Support Technician based in Geneva, Switzerland. You will provide support for end-user devices, applications, and collaboration tools both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.

With a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, you will also manage device provisioning and ensure endpoint security compliance. A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and significant experience in support roles are essential.
