TalentPop App is a fully remote customer support team helping shoppers with questions, orders, and returns from home.

We’re seeking friendly, resourceful individuals with strong English communication and at least 1 year of online customer service experience, especially in e-commerce or remote support. Familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus, and you’ll join a supportive team with growth opportunities.
