About the Role: We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US-based Travel & Hospitality client. The role involves handling customer interactions related to airline bookings, hotel reservations, cruise line services, and travel back-office operations through voice and/or non-voice channels.
Work Schedule: Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST Night shift aligned with US business hours
Payout: Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour
Key Responsibilities SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE SABRE TOOL Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, or booking systems
Assist with airline, hotel, and cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries
Perform back-office travel operations and booking support
Use Sabre reservation system for booking and servicing requests
