About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US Healthcare client. This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST
Night shift aligned with US business hours
Payout
Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Prior Healthcare Claims experience is a must! Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls) Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queries Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards Verify customer identity before sharing any information Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system Escalate issues as per define...Ready to Apply?
