VODA.ai is a remote, full-time Customer Success Manager role focused on driving adoption, retention, renewals, and long-term customer success across water utility accounts. You will manage onboarding to renewal, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize value.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and experience leading customer meetings, with a passion for helping utilities improve water infrastructure decisions through SaaS products.
